Our guest last night (on My Generation, broadcast on 95.9 WATD-FM, 7-8:00 PM), Dr. Wayne Westcott, offered some great tips for getting yourself motivated to do just that. Dr. Wescott is a Professor of Exercise Science at Quincy College, and heads up their state-of-the-art fitness center where he also runs exercise studies. He has also authored 28 text books.
