Do you know someone in the Greater Plymouth area who has a ‘Sunny Disposition?’

Better yet, can you think of someone who performed a random or intended act of kindness? It could be as simple as taking out the trash for an elderly neighbor, or just sharing an extra plate of homemade brownies.

Plymouth Solar Energy, a regional leader in the installation and maintenance of commercial and residential solar and battery systems, is recognizing a “Sunny Disposition” winner every month with a prize of dinner for two at a popular local restaurant, along with a spiffy pair of sunglasses.

Winners will be selected based on suggestions posted on the company’s website. To nominate someone you know with a sunny disposition, visit https://www.plymouthsolarenergy.com/sunny-disposition-plymouth.

Fred Paris, a lifelong environmentalist and recognized solar energy expert, launched the Wind Sun Institute—the predecessor of Plymouth Solar Energy—to serve as a technical trainer to solar manufacturers. This evolved into teaching solar energy commercially across the U.S., including at Babson College. Paris taught Strategic Planning at Northeastern University and national certification ‘NABCEP’ classes at Massasoit Community College. He started Plymouth Solar Energy with Massasoit students.
